Terms
Last updated: June 14, 2026
These MVP terms explain the basic rules for using DareCup to create and join private World Cup prediction leagues.
Entertainment only. No betting, no gambling, no money prizes.
Keep dares safe, friendly, consensual, and legal.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using DareCup, creating a league, joining a league, saving predictions, sharing invite links, or using the dare features, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use DareCup.
2. Entertainment only
DareCup is a social prediction and dare game. It is not betting, gambling, financial advice, or a prize competition.
Do not use DareCup for real-money betting, gambling, paid prize pools, wagers, financial punishment, or any form of financial staking.
Predictions, points, rankings, and dare outcomes are for fun, group banter, and bragging rights only.
3. User and group responsibility
Creators and participants are responsible for their own leagues, invite links, messages, dares, group behavior, and decisions.
DareCup provides game tools and safe preset ideas, but it does not supervise private groups or approve user-created behavior.
Group creators should moderate their leagues and remove people or stop behavior that becomes unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate.
4. Safe and consensual dares only
Dares must be safe, friendly, consensual, legal, and appropriate for the people in the group.
Any player can refuse or skip a dare. No one should be pressured, threatened, shamed, or punished for refusing a dare.
If a dare does not feel safe or appropriate, choose a lighter dare or skip it.
5. Prohibited dares
Do not create, request, encourage, or pressure anyone into dares involving danger, violence, illegal activity, humiliation, degradation, sexual content, discrimination, hate, medical or health risk, or financial punishment.
Do not pressure anyone to drink, spend money, share private information, damage property, risk their job or relationships, break platform rules, or do anything they do not freely consent to.
6. Accounts, leagues, and invites
Use a real email you control when creating a league. You are responsible for sharing invite links only with people you want in your league.
League creators are responsible for league names, member invitations, and the conduct of invited participants.
We may limit, remove, or disable leagues, content, or access if we believe there is safety, abuse, security, legal, or operational risk.
7. Payments and refunds
Launch Free is active for small leagues. Paid World Cup Passes unlock larger group participation after host checkout.
Pricing, payment provider, refund rules, and package limits are shown before purchase in the official DareCup checkout flow.
Do not send money to anyone outside the official DareCup checkout flow.
8. Service availability and changes
DareCup is an MVP launch product. Features may change, be limited, be unavailable, or be removed as we improve the service.
We may update fixtures, prediction flows, scoring, dares, pricing, or account features to improve reliability, safety, or launch readiness.
9. Limitation of liability
DareCup is provided as-is for entertainment use. To the maximum extent allowed by law, DareCup is not responsible for user behavior, group decisions, unsafe dares, losses, disputes, missed predictions, service interruptions, or indirect damages.
You use DareCup at your own risk and remain responsible for your actions and your group behavior.
